Why totals differ
A lower price can simply contain less work.
A price for skimming a sound prepared wall is not comparable with a proposal that includes loose-plaster removal, repairs, plasterboard, access equipment, protection, waste and making good. Mark only what is written down, then ask every plasterer to resolve the same missing boundaries.
